Professors
Dibyen Majumdar
Professor Majumdar oversees the mathematics component of the program. This is his first full year in the position, taking over last year from Jeremy Teitelbaum (now at University of Connecticut).
Donald Wink
Professor Wink works with the chemistry portion of ASCEND. He has been with the program since it began.
Teaching Assistants
Andrew Brasile (Math)
Andy is this year's group leader, taking the reigns from Marcy. This is his second year with the program.
Matthew Bourque (Math)
Matt B. has been with the ASCEND program for two years.
Bill Garcia (Math) -- Webmaster
Bill will be starting his second year as a graduate student in the Fall. This is his fifth year with the program, having spent the previous summers working as an undergraduate and TA.
Kathy Dexter (Math)
This is Kathy's first year with the ASCEND program, taking over for Marcy Robertson, a former group leader.
Matthew Wechter (Math)
Matt W. is a second-year TA with the ASCEND program.
