The source of this sample letter should be self-explanatory.
The class definition file mscsltr.cls is installed
on the MSCS machines. It is also available
here.
You will also need a PostScript file containing the University's logo.
To create a letter using this class, it is probably easiest to grab a copy of the source code for the sample letter and modify it.
