Printing with Appletalk for Mac OS X
NOTICE: As of OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard), Appletalk is no longer supported by
Apple.

Click on the Go menu, and select Applications.

Locate and double-click on the Utilities folder.
Double click on the printer center.You will see the Printer List window.

- Now click on "Add Printer".
Then select "Appletalk".
Select the printer from the list of available printers.
The printers will print "Duplex" by default.
You can choose to print Single Sided by selecting the printer which says "single sided" with its name.
Click on "Add".

- The printer has been installed.

- To change the default Printer, just select the printer and press Command + D.
- In case you get a message as shown below while adding the printer(Step 3).
Click on "Open Network Preferences".

- You will see the window below.
Click on "Appletealk".

- You will see the window below.
Select "Make Appletealk Actuve".

To be a good citizen, save paper by printing on both sides.
