Template for a Typical Vita
Replace the items in capital letters by data specific to the
individual whose life is described by this vita. Do not modify the
comments on the first three lines.
For the columnar data, between \columns and
\endcolumns, use an ampersand to separate the columns.
Do NOT use \cr or \\ at the end of the
line.
The sections which are bracketed by \iflongvita
and \fi are omitted in the short form of the vita.
By default line breaks are obeyed. Multi-line entries can be used
between \fill ... \endfill or \small ... \endsmall
pairs. These entries should be separated by blank lines.
