Comments: Under the direction of the Principal Investigator, the position is
responsible for conducting activities related to data management and data analysis
for bio-behavioral research studies conducted across multiple sites and institutions.
Duties include designing and maintaining complex data management systems; overseeing

data sets using SAS and database management systems; selecting statistical models;
interpreting and presenting results; and running statistical analyses under the guidance

Comments: Duties include a baseline 9 hour teaching load per semester with
significant (up to 3 hours) additional responsibilities in teaching, scholarship,
and/or service depending on the candidate's interests and unit needs. Candidates are
expected on a regular basis to teach departmental service courses, to continually grow
as teachers and to maintain an active program of scholarly development, broadly defined
in the department. Candidate must have earned a PhD in Mathematics by August 2008,
demonstrated excellence in teaching undergraduate mathematics, a commitment to continued
