Math 220 is an introduction to the theory of Differential Equations It is required that students that take this course, have a solid understanding of the content of Math 180,181 and 210. In particular, a C or better on Math 210 is a prerequisite to enter this course. If they feel that their experience with this material is inadequate, then they should immediately talk to their instructor.

In this course, you will learn about the general theory of ordinary differential equations, specific problems pertaining to this theory and methods for solving such problems. Topics such as the Laplace transform and Fourier series solutions will also be covered.

The text for this course is: Fundamentals of Differential Equations 7th edition by Nagle, Saff and Snider
