Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Operations Research

The SOR curriculum combines coursework from the LAS Department of Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science and the Department of Information and Decision Sciences in the College of Business Administration. This joint program is designed for students planning advanced study in statistics and operations research or for a career in the data-oriented applications of many fields, including: accounting, actuarial science, auditing, biostatistics, data management, financial analysis, hospital administration, pharmaceuticals, traffic controls and transportation management.
