Since the fall of 1994 UIC has offered Physics Workshops for students enrolled in Introductory Physics I, Natural Sciences: The Physical Universe, and General Physics I (Mechanics). These workshops meet two hours each week of the semester, focusing on high-level physics problems and collaborative learning amongst the participants. The workshops provide a better physical understanding and deeper mathematics training. The Physics workshops are supervised by Profs. Pagnamenta, Sharma and Halliwell.
