The latest addition to
Yerkes Observatory is the Rooftop Observatory.
Yerkes Rooftop Telescope Inside the structure is a Meade LX-200
8in (F6.3) and a Meade LX-200 10in (F10). The 8in telescope is equipped with
an ST-7 camera and CFW-8 Filter wheel and the 10in is equipped with an ST-9E camera and CFW-8 filter wheel. They are operated robotically via
the Internet.
