MCS 597 Master's Project


The required Master's Project must be successfully completed and defended within one year after completion of 32 credit hours applicable to the degree. Before the major Master's Project defense can take place, all other degree requirements must be satisfied. It is recommended, but not required, that the Master's Project topic be chosen from the recommended tracks above. Sed the catalog description below:

MCS 597. MISI Master's Project. 2 to 4 Hours. May be repeated for a maximum of 4 hours of credit. S/U grade only. Specialized project under close faculty supervision to satisfy the project requirement for the M.S. degree in Mathematics and Information Science for Industry. Prerequisites: MCS 504 and approval of the department.
