Textbook:

• Calculus: Multivariable by James Stewart, 3rd edition, Brooks/Cole

  • You should read the textbook before the classroom discussion of a topic as indicated on the schedule of reading assignments.
  • In calculus you must go to both class and read the text, since one is a worthwhile second opinion on the other.
