affine complex solutions of binomial systems
Abstract: A binomial system is a polynomial system with exactly two monomials with a nonzero coefficient in every equation. The enumeration of all affine complex solutions of a binomial system is related to the computation of a generalized permanent of a Boolean matrix. A greedy row expansion algorithm will be presented.
