Teichmüller Theory I: An Intro to Fuchsian Groups
Abstract: We begin a journey through the beginning of Hubbard's Teichmüller Theory:
In this first talk we will cover some background material from hyperbolic geometry
and then work through the first sections of Chapter 3, which provide some first results
on Fuchsian Groups as time permits.
